In December, when delicious aromas of gingerbread and mulled wine invade the city's Christmas market, the Dijon Metropole Tourist Office adds to its list of end-of-year delights a tasting experience that is unusual to say the least: Christmas beer!
In collaboration with a family-run micro-brewery located right in the city centre and on the edge of the future City of Gastronomy and Wine, come and discover a service combining brewing techniques, a sensory tour to enable you to discover the raw materials of beer, and a tasting in the vat! The service ends with an explanation of the beer/cheese pairing of our beautiful Burgundy region.
