Dive into the heart of Burgundy wines with the Burgundy Wine School workshops.
During this workshop on food and wine pairing, learn the main principles of pairing and seek culinary harmony. The exercise, illustrated by the pairing of 5 Burgundy wines with 5 mouthfuls of food, will help you realise that the diversity of Burgundy wines allows for infinite combinations with all the cuisines of the world!

Workshop duration: 45 min to 1 hour

Number of Burgundy wines tasted: 5 wines accompanied by 5 mouthfuls of emblematic regional products.

Who is it for :This workshop is open to anyone with no prior knowledge of the wine world or Burgundy wines.
As this is a wine-tasting workshop, the room is reserved for people over the age of 18. For safety reasons, children aged 0 to 18 may not accompany an adult.

This workshop is conducted in French.

Little extras: A participatory introduction; 360° projection. Discover 5 different Burgundy appellations paired with 5 regional products. Dare to start with the wine to choose your pairing!

Worth noting:
The bites tasted during this workshop include products containing: gluten, lactose, meat products (beef and pork). We have carefully selected each wine according to each speciality; no culinary substitution can be envisaged. Thank you for your confidence.

Due to the immersive nature of the 360° projection and the duration of the workshops, we ask you to meet us 5 minutes before the start of the session in front of the doors of the Ecole des vins (in the main hall of the Cité de la Gastronomie) in order to validate your tickets.
Out of respect for all participants, no late arrivals will be accepted and no postponements or refunds will be given.
